Members of the ProSperus Leadership Team combine deep experience and strong leadership skills with business expertise from many disciplines. The team members’ individual abilities and knowledge complement each other, while their similar values, commitments and integrity help to create a unified direction as the firm assumes a leadership position in the healthcare industry.

William G. Pickart, Chairman

Bill Pickart, as Chairman, is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of ProSperus. In addition to his role as Chairman of ProSperus’ parent company, Integrated Medical Partners, Bill is also acting CEO of Dominion Medical Management, an industry leading revenue cycle management company serving hospital-based specialists, and a related company to ProSperus. He is a seasoned health care services executive, with extensive experience in revenue cycle management and practice management. His previous roles include Executive Vice President and majority shareholder in Cramer Coil & Transformer Co., Inc., a custom electronic transformer manufacturer, and Vice President with Heller Financial, Inc., an operating unit of Heller International, Inc. Bill obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Marquette University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, Chicago, IL.

Thomas J. McBride, President & CEO

Tom McBride is President and Chief Executive Officer of ProSperus and is responsible for the strategy and execution of the company’s vision. Tom is responsible for the management of all aspects of the business including client services, information and technology, marketing, operations and business development. Tom’s years of corporate and entrepreneurial business experience most recently included five years with Jefferson Wells in Milwaukee where he participated in its rapid growth while serving as Vice President of Operations, Marketing and Business Development. Tom has more than 25 years of leadership responsibility in the technology and professional services industries with a strong record of success in highly competitive and mature markets, as well as rapidly developing industries. In addition to Jefferson Wells, he has held executive positions with Metavante and Diebold. He is a graduate of Marquette University and the executive programs of both the J.L. Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and DePaul University.

Gail Eaton, VP of Operations

Gail Eaton joined ProSperus as VP of Operations from sister company Dominion Medical Management where she was a Regional Operations Manager. Gail’s experience managing the revenue cycle management operations for Dominion Medical’s Wisconsin office prepared her well for her Operations role at ProSperus. Prior to joining Dominion Medical, Gail managed client implementations for revenue cycle services at McKesson, the $100B healthcare services and information technology company. Gail is a certified Project Management Professional.

Marilyn Kay, VP of Quality and Solutions

Marilyn Kay was the Regional Operations Manager for sister company Dominion Medical Management, a revenue cycle management firm for hospital-based physicians, for nine years before joining ProSperus as the VP of Quality and Solutions. At Dominion Medical, Marilyn’s office in the Southeastern U.S. averaged 99.2% charge resolution against an industry average of 93%. Prior to joining Dominion Medical, Marilyn held a series of positions with increasing management responsibility for billing and collections firms serving office and hospital-based specialists in the Northeast, directing insurance follow-up and patient services for $40 million in Accounts Receivable at one point.
